Welcome to Jyväskylä Premier Elite 2026! Jyväskylän Sulkapalloseura JySS welcomes players to a weekend of badminton, with events for Elite (V), A, B, C, junior and senior players.
New for 2026: All Elite (V) events will start with pool matches. Elite matches will use the new 3 × 15 scoring system. Junior events are also played in pool, with shuttlecocks provided by JySS.

Online entry deadline: Tuesday, 10 November 2026 at 23:59 Finnish time (EET, UTC+2).
Withdrawal deadline: Tuesday, 10 November 2026 at 23:59 Finnish time.
Draw: Saturday, 14 November 2026.
Both players in a doubles pair must submit their entries before the deadline.

Elite (V), A, B and C
Men’s singles (MS), women’s singles (WS), men’s doubles (MD), women’s doubles (WD) and mixed doubles (XD).
Juniors
U11, U13, U15 and U17
Boys’ singles (BS), girls’ singles (GS), boys’ doubles (BD), girls’ doubles (GD) and mixed doubles (XD).
Seniors
35+, 45+, 55+ and 65+
Men’s singles (MS), women’s singles (WS), men’s doubles (MD), women’s doubles (WD) and mixed doubles (XD).
Playing Format and Scoring
- Elite (V): All five disciplines begin with round-robin group stages. Matches use the new 3 × 15 scoring system: best of three games to 15 points.
- Juniors: All junior disciplines feature round-robin group stages.
- A, B, C and Seniors: Events are played in a knockout format.
Entry Limits
Players may enter a maximum of three events in total.
- Players entering an Elite (V) event are limited to one event in each discipline: singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
- In the other graded categories, players may enter one singles event and a total of two doubles and/or mixed doubles events.
- Junior and senior age-group events may be combined with graded events, subject to the overall maximum of three events.

All fees are per player, per event.

Prizes
A total of €2,400 in prize money will be awarded in the Elite (V) events.
- Winners: €200 per player.
- Runners-up: €100 per player.
Winners and runners-up in the A, B and C categories, as well as junior and senior events, will receive other prizes.
